Originally from ticket #299. :We have an inbound sip number from skype. When an inbound call isn't picked up it keeps redirecting to people (without a time-out). Is it possible for an unanswered call to go to the main voicemail account in Zaplee?
Answer: Hello John, you can use a departments or an individual extensions to get voicemails on. If you do not have departments setup, you can modify the main greeting to prompt the caller and give them the choice of continuing to hold or press a certain extension to be sent to a voicemail account (you would create an extension specifically for voicemail).
