You can port your existing Toll Free numbers to Zaplee. Attached to this forum post are the forms that need to be filled out for us to initiate the process. Please note that there are two forms, please use both, Toll Free Porting Form 1 & 2. Kindly download, print, fill out and sign them. Also attach a scanned copy of your most recent invoice so we have proof of ownership of the number. All are required for us to port the number.
Attach the completed forms and the copy of the invoice to a new support ticket and the porting process will be initiated promptly. An active Zaplee account is needed for the port to be initiated.
If you are porting a local number, then you can file for porting from your Zaplee profile page as Local number porting is automated through the configuration portal.
