You do not use your regular Zaplee login ID and password to login to the Account Tab. You need to register to the account screen to be able to login.
If this is your first time logging in to the Account Tab or for some reason you are unable to login. Choose "Request or reset your password" (you will need to use the email address that is onfile with Zaplee, this is the email address you used when registering your Zaplee account). Once you receive the email with your password, you can then enter the email address and password in the account screen to manage your subscription.
