Dear Zaplee Customers,
Starting August 15, 2012, Zaplee will no longer support outbound dialing using Skype Business Accounts or any other third party SIP providers. If you currently use regular phone numbers as extensions please make sure to switch to Zaplee Outbound service immediately. To do this, simply follow the instructions below. Please remove any + signs in front of your phone numbers and include full international dialing standards "0" "country code" "number". If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com
Make sure to have a Zaplee Outbound calling subscription - this will allow us to bill for the outbound minutes to regular phone numbers. Simply log into your Zaplee account, and go to the Dialout/PSTN tab.
