    So when an after hours call goes to the to the general vm box, how do we know there is a message? How do we check those messages? Are they emailed like user voicemails? If so what email address are they sent to? Need some more info here to really understand how this works from start to finish from the users perspective.

    The voicemail files for general company greetings get emailed to the email address used to setup the Zaplee account initially.  They are emailed as .wav file attachments you can play directly in your email or download for future reference.  They will also contain a date and time stamp based on Pacific Standard Time for USA.  Thanks!
